As a member of NAHI (National Assoc. of Home Inspectors) I am required to uphold and adhere to their ethics and standards of practice. I have CRI (Certified Real Estate Inspector) designation with NAHI.  Not every member of NAHI has CRI membership status. This premier and coveted CRI membership status is obtained by review of inspection reports, completion of 16 CEU’s (Continuing Education Units) and passing of exam carried out by the board of directors from NAHI.
