How should I choose a Home Inspector ?
A great place to begin is ask the home inspector about affiliations. Do they belong to a credible organization such as NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) ? Ask how long have they been in business. Ask what are there credentials and experience. Talk to them on the phone- are they easy to talk to ? If they are hard to ask questions on the phone, imagine what it will be like at the home inspection.
What will the inspection cover ?
Dream Home has a reputation for performing a very thorough home inspection. While all home inspectors have very similar inspection checklist- how they perform that inspection makes all the difference. While others may be in a hurry to get to the next home inspection job- Dream Home believes that a very thorough home inspection is good for everyone involved. Please refer to the inspection checklist for more information.
How long will the inspection take ?
For an average size home (2000-2500 TFLA) the inspection will take approximately 3 hours. Time depends on Size, Age, and Condition of the home.
Do I need to be present for the inspection ?

Do you accept credit cards ?
Dream Home does accept credit cards and payment of services can be done through the ‘Payment of Service’ link.
Can I pay “At Closing” or bill to escrow ?

When will I receive my inspection report ?
Your Dream Home Inspection report is a computerized generated report that can be printed on site after the inspection. The report can also be emailed the same day if the buyer is unable to attend the inspection.
Do you include pictures in your report?
