Guaranteed Termite Inspection: This is an inspection for Wood Destroying Insects (WDI) and also is an insurance policy against WDI’s for one year. If you should find any activity of WDI’s during policy timeframe, the WDI’s would be taken care of at no additional cost.

48 Hour Radon Measurement: This is a 48 hour test for Radon. Test is taken using a Continuous Radon Measurement (CRM) taking a sample every hour for 48 hours, average is given at end of test. Corrective action known as mitigation can be determined at this time. Radon is a naturally occuring gas that is a byproduct of Uranium in the ground. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S., causing at least 22,000 deaths per year.

Basic Four Home Inspection: Covers the structure (foundation, building structure, attic), heating and cooling, electrical, and plumbing.

|
Condominium Inspection: Similar to the Complete Home Inspection except that the exterior and roof are not included.
|
|
|
Duplex Inspection: Inspection consists of a house/structure with two rental units.
|
|
|
Draw Inspections: Inspections performed periodically (usually every 4 weeks) to confirm work performed, materials on site, on new residential construction. Work is usually performed in 24 hr period.
